yupp:) wen swimming in the afternoon, the sun was BLAZING when i left my house but when i reached the pool, it was super SHADY. haha. sorry for the bolding but i was so shocked, apparently darren said that the sun moved slightly away from the pool. but everywhere else was so sunny. haha. how fascinating mother nature is. the infrastructures blocked out some sun too. but anw who cares, i didn melt;) so all's good. hee. swimming helps me relax alot i must say. get my mind off taxing stuff. so does any other exercises (*not training) haha. training is JC days were much more demanding. so many things to consider, whether i meet the coach's and fellow team mates' and my own expectations. bad trainings bring paranoia. yea. but i must say the experience toughen me up alot. and the friendship forged will never be forgotten:) but now, any runs/swims i do are at the pace i set for myself. great company too:)
hope to keep this momentum gg even when i go uni. dont want life to revolve around just studying la... right? :/ like what one of my seniors told me. she told me ask god why he brought me to NTU. i'm sure he has a purpose for doing so. she asked me to know my purpose of gg uni. if its all bout studying, most probably i'll lose all my hype by the end of semester one. lets see how. have to do some thinking for the last two months before uni starts. need to strike a balance.
and hostel life too. bunking with chin pei... quite hyped. but i've never stayed out of home for more than one month before. super sheltered kid la i know. haha. so guess i can gain some form of independance from this hostel experience:)
back to my day... i later had some function at home organised by my parents and their friends... adults gave alot of views on uni and other stuff.. whole new perspective, conservative i must say... but it wont make me waiver.. i'm just gonna make full use of this opportunity and make the best out of it:) glad my parents and sister are so supportive too.
as for today, it was nice chilling around. churched for 1.5 hr, super long. then lunched. i renewed my craving for dau sar pao! i like! but i hate small and ex pao. so annoying. why cant pao makers just be generous?! sigh. mayb next time if i open a pao shop i'll make big fat paos bursting with fillings:) hee. for my own consumption :p lol!
tmr would be a good day too. two lessons to teach. no driving lessons. and did i mention my driving test is 14 july?! kinda nerve wrecking. i so wanna get it over and done with man. but i must say i quite enjoy driving. just that i quite nonchalent sometimes...
there was once the instructor suddenly swirl my sterring wheel, i was like 'what happened what happened? (*in a chilled way) ' then he diao me and say i almost bang cos too close to the car beside me -.- errrppss. but chill is the new 'in' thing right? :)
10 july my bro gg tekong! dad say whole family must go tekong to see see. kinda excited. cos its my first time to tekong, missed out on darren's. :/ work work work :/ i'm v hyped for my unemployed life for bout one more month. hopfully can catch up with friends, revitalise my social life and spend some time wif love ones :) off to bathe.
