horror of the day: cherlyn is tempted by this. dont ask me what is this. ask her. lol!

anw school's been pretty much ok... i float around alone quite alot. too much alone time sets me thinking about life and getting all emo at times.. rah.

but now that cny is coming. lets put aside the mundanity of life and pop some tarts into our mouths :D i always love cny, although the cny songs on tv really get my goosebumps fired up, the family reunion always warms the heart :D

i've (almost) the whole of next week free of school. just wednesday have to go back. sharks. sucks. but i'm appreciating things alot better lately. for example being able to drive to school. thats a luxury from my point of view. 25mins drive from kovan to ntu. someone whack my head now thanks. its like heavenly right?

then of course i'm starting to appreciate my sister more these days (despite her multiple attempts to murder me when she makes herself visible and audible from the toilet). the saying that u'll appreciate things more when u're gonna lose them is quite apt. just that in my case, it's temporal parting i guess. ;)

how i wish i can control time and destiny.

home alone yet again. 2day marks the 3rd consecutive day of work-free day. gotta admit that im not used to not doing anything although i claim that im more of a homely person. perhaps i should rephrase...>homely person who is kept occupied at home. i simply cannot stand doing nothing!!! though i can spend like the entire day in front of the tv/comp screen, i feel 1 day of it is enough. thus for the past 3 days i have been baking every single day and now im totally burning out from baking. suppose to bake some stuff for my collegues on my last day today but i just wanna bum out.

and 2day i have kinda a few things to settle but i just dont feel like doing anything. human nature is funny man. always wanting what you dont have and yet wanting to give up what you alr have. this point always get me thinking. ok let me c...3 things that i have to accomplish today---

1)buy good zip lock from golden mile food complex (ma cham all the way to buy zip lock... i keep trying to rationalise but the fact is im going all the way there to buy zip lock. AH!!!!)

2)collect student visa. IT IS READY! way faster than expected. was suppose to be on 2feb2009. woo hoo!

3)work. which starts 35min earlier because i came to work 35min later the other day. so either come earlier to make up or deduct pay. of cos come earlier la. DURRHH

4)that reminds me that i have to find for my thumbdrive!!! little thing ....!where are you?

5)find for my ex chinese teacher contact number. i rmbr writing it on some random piece of paper. both home and hp no! i also said i will contact her when cny draws near. but i realise that i am responsible for clearing both tables where the piece of paper could potentially be. thats it alr la. stupid corrine ask me pick up this piece of paper under her table claiming she saw a telephone number on it and it could be what i am finding for. OF COS NOT. why? cos there are 2 telephone numbers on it. not 1. aahhhhh. going nuts alr. she wanted to meet us for a meal b4 we leave la. murder me. dangs

6)get stationary!

7)get toiletries!

ok 1-3 have to settle today. 4 -7 some other day i guess.

ok wait i shall try to find my thumb drive now.

Finally updating after such a loooonnnggg time.

Guess what? last day of work on 22jan!!!! im calmly excited because i dont hop around in excitement or kiss my pillow in happiness. glad that work is ending and i will be moving on to the next stage of my life---UNI. i haven really been waiting for it to come but i do rmbr the last time i looked forward to uni, it was like 6mths ago. i was thinking:" STILLLL A LOOONNNG WAY!" but now...its like 2o plus days more. teeheee.

im gonna miss this bunch of pple

d&d was great fun. wasnt quite in my own skin as u can see. but it was the experience that counts. check out the prettayye ladies. all of them looked fantastic!!! was just disappointed that i didnt win any luckydraw prizes.boohoo:(

so... no work today till wed. today consisted of major slacking and baking. im gonna bake swiss roll tmr cos corrine no school. we are totally romancing man. quite gross. -nods profusely- and i just asked her whats the plan for tmr. all ready to romance again. getting quite weird la. haha!

what shud i do on wed??? im so in a holiday mood man. gosh. totally cant wait for cny reunion dinner too. heheheehehehehe! haven had steamboat at home for the longest time ever. teeheee

ok la i am totally rambling. this has to stop.

gosh i didn't know we had so much clothes. nose stuffed with dust now, i cant breathe properly..
but steal of the day: i found 4 jeans chucked deep behind the wardrobe that fits me very well... to think that i was complaining no more jeans...

btw my jeans are getting tighter... GOSH. i'd rather they miraculously grew longer just like what happened to huayshan. i choose to believe that its my hips growing wider... ready for childbirth ah? ..

ok i dont know why but i'm v high now after packing clothes. this is weird. does that mean i can get high if i'm a maid?... wth. haha. this is unbecoming...

lunch today was like whowweee. dim sum galore. but the waitress kept being like too enthu. put the food on our table even b4 we say we want. tactic totally doesnt work for me. the more they put the more i smack no to their face. i need SPACE when i eat.

cherlyn knows that the best thats why everytime we have lunch/dinner together... we dont seeem to have any eye contact/verbal communication, except occasional " very hot leh","corrine help me take tissue/on the fan/take fruits( yes you get the hint*). alot of space given to me as you can tell. missing factor during our 2-persons mealtime is obviously a candle.

candle-lit lunch/dinner for couples how can dont have candle?

HAHAH.

but i'll definitely miss such 'romance' when she leaves... roar. so shall relish the moment while i still can. (*risking my life, pray for me)

back to school tmr. mixed feelings... rah.
